Repeat Prescriptions

If you need a further supply of your medicines, please hand in the computer slip with the items you need either ticked or written clearly. (Please do not put crosses against the items of medication as this can cause confusion.)

You can then either hand it in at reception or fax it to 01235 550625. E-mail requests are also accepted: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please allow 48 hours for the signed prescription to be collected, or 4 days if you require the pharmacist to deliver the medicines to you. Telephone requests will not be accepted.

If you have been prescribed medicines by the hospital you should be given a 14 day supply by the hospital before you leave it.
