Out Of Hours (Weekends, Bank Holidays, Evenings)

The surgery has an on-call service outside normal working hours. If you have an urgent medical problem which needs attention you should call:

When you get through to the call handling service you will need to tell the operator, if you are making the call on your own behalf, which surgery you are registered with, your name, your address, your contact telephone number, and your date of birth. The same details will be required if you are calling on behalf of someone else. You will also need to explain the nature of the problem.

If your problem needs immediate attention you should call 999 and request an ambulance.
