Violent Patients

Please note that any violent or abusive behaviour within the surgery will not be tolerated, and you are likely to be asked to leave the premises. Furthermore, we may be compelled to have you removed from our list. If you have a grievance please use the complaints procedure as outlined on another page of this site.
